Load board

Available truck loads

A sample of what we’re moving right now. See a lane that fits your truck? Book it with a dispatcher — we handle the broker, the rate con and the paperwork.

Loads change constantly and are subject to availability. Rates shown are line-haul and were current when posted — confirm the latest with your dispatcher.

How to book a load from this board

What you see above is a sample of the freight we are working at this moment, not a public board anyone can self-serve from. Loads move fast, and a lane that is open when you read it may be covered within the hour. That is the nature of the market rather than a quirk of this page.

To take one, call or message a dispatcher and say which lane fits. We confirm it is still available, negotiate the rate with the broker, and send you the rate confirmation to approve before anything is booked under your authority. Nothing is committed on your behalf without your say-so.

If nothing on the board fits your truck today, that is the normal case rather than the exception — most of what we move never appears here. Tell us your equipment and home base and we will work your lanes directly.

BSG Carriers is a dispatch service, not a freight broker. You keep your own authority, your own insurance and your own carrier packet — the loads are booked under your MC, and you are paid by the broker or shipper directly.

What the numbers on each load mean

Origin and destination

The pickup and delivery markets. Where the load ends matters as much as where it starts — a good rate into a market with no freight out of it is not a good load.

Rate

Line-haul only. Fuel surcharge, lumpers, detention and any accessorials are separate and are negotiated on top, not folded in.

Equipment

The trailer the shipper requires. Power-only loads need your tractor and nothing else; reefer loads carry a set point and a mode.

Pickup date

The appointment or the window. Appointments are firm and missing one costs more than the load pays in most cases.

Work out whether a rate is worth taking

A rate per mile means nothing until you know what your truck costs to run. Most owner-operators have never worked theirs out properly.

  • Divide the line-haul by the loaded miles to get your rate per mile — then subtract the deadhead miles to get there.
  • Compare it against your own cost per mile, not against what the load paid last year.
  • Check what the destination market pays out. A cheap reload out of a dead market can undo a good rate in.
  • Read the detention and TONU terms before you sign, not after you are sitting at the dock.
  • Ask who pays the lumper, and whether it is advanced or reimbursed.

What we do once you take a load

01
Tell us about the truck
Equipment, home base, the lanes you like and the ones you will not run. We set up your carrier packet once and reuse it.
02
We find the freight
You can watch this board, but you do not have to. We work the boards, our broker relationships and your repeat lanes continuously, and bring you what fits.
03
We negotiate and book
We call the broker, push the rate, confirm the details and send you the rate confirmation. You approve every load before it is booked — there is no forced dispatch.
04
You drive, we chase the paperwork
Check calls, lumper receipts, detention claims and the invoice packet. You send the signed BOL; we handle the rest.

What it costs

Dispatching is charged as a percentage of the linehaul, agreed before you take your first load, and there is no long-term contract to sign. Ask a dispatcher for the current rate.

There is no charge for looking at this board, and no sign-up required to see it.

FAQ

Questions about the load board

No, and that is deliberate. Every load here is confirmed with the broker and negotiated before it is booked, and it is booked under your authority with your approval. Call or message a dispatcher with the lane you want and we will check it is still open and take it from there.

Nothing on the board that fits your truck?

Most of what we move never gets posted here. Tell us your equipment and the lanes you run, and we will work them directly.
